After watching a bit of Golden Time...

I have been very busy lately in school but it will not stop me from watching anime! ~teehee
As I was watching Golden Time, I realized something. Kouko Kaga-san looks like the future of Taika Aisaka-san from Toradora. If you have watched Golden Time, wouldn' you agree?

Well if these are not enough evidence that they are lookalikes, you have to see both shows to believe. They are only lookalikes and not really the past and present! Now I must return to studying before Korosensei finds out I'm slacking off! ~teehee

2015 Spring Anime First Glance: Batch 1B

Hello people,

here are more Spring shows that are now airing and are available with English subs! I'ma put a bit of summary to what I have understand while watching the show.

Re-kan - All about a girl who can see ghosts with her "sixth-sense".

Shokugeki no Souma - At first I thought it was all about food fights where people throw food at each other, but I was wrong. I should remind myself not to judge a show by its title teehee. It was about a boy who competed with his own dad in cooking but he always loses. Nonetheless, it is all about food mixed with some "reaction" after eating good food.

Owari no Seraph - A virus arrives on Earth killing every human that is above the age of 13. After that, vampires arrive and feed on children. Yeah, so messed up and one day, a boy decided to do justice and goes out of the Vampire stronghold on Earth.

Gunslinger Stratos: The Animation - No, this is not the same with Infinite Stratos where there's only one guy in a school full of gals. The story takes place very far out in the future, specifically in 2115. The people in Japan live in comfort and in peace. Comfort? I mean where you can lazily do stuff what you can't do today because of the advancement of technology. I don't know much about the disease called "Degredation". They probably disintegrate into dust and poof to air. A student went off to chase a little girl and suddenly, he fell off from the sky and what it seems to be another universe where he meets his other self in that world.

Fate/Stay Night: Ultimate Blade Works 2015 - it continues off where Saber was captured by Caster. Stuff happened after that.

Plastic Memories - In a world where there are androids. No, not the ones on your phone but the ones that are like artificial human beings. They are specifically called Giftia. They only have a lifespan of about 9 years or so. The Giftias are then recovered by a certain committee as they close their expiration or else the Giftia would suddenly change personality and have their memories reset.

That's all I have seen at the moment but I'm sure there's more that's "springing" out. As I said before the whole post, this is not a review but a summary to what I have understood while watching them. Enjoy and have a good one!

Zipang: JDS Mirai, a wonderful missile-guided destroyer of its time

Hey people,

for those who are interested in military especially navy stuff, I recommend you watch this! It's a bit an old seasoned anime but oh well though the effects are pretty nice even though it's from 2004.

Zipang is a story about the most advanced advanced destroyer in the Japan Marine Self-Defense Force (JMSDF), the JDS Mirai from the Yukinami-class missile guided destroyer. 

JDS Mirai

This destroyer, people on board and also the somewhat Osprey chopper in the hangar, is fictional specifically created for the anime; Zipang. The missile guided destroyer, Mirai, is an improved version of the modern Kongo-class destroyer. It has the Aegis Combat system which can detect several ships, aircrafts and even incoming missiles or torpedoes.

       It's a good show and makes you wanna watch and see what's going to happen to the protagonist when he does get stronger. Do you know what's more than just the story? That's right, Kirito's VA again though he pitched his voice a bit higher than usual. So that story is all about a kid named Bell Cranel, who is trying to beat dungeons under the city and become stronger probably because he is the only one in his family. No, not blood-related family but like guilds or clans that are led by a goddess.

He is the only one in his family but accompanied with a goddess named Hestia. The families are led by goddesses but are not allowed to use their divine power since they agreed to go down to earth and experience life as a human being.

Oh, adventures like Bell earn and improve skills by clearing out a dungeon but how do they know they have reached a certain level? Well, the goddess does something on the person's back and some magical stuff happens. Words and numbers come out and gets printed into a paper.

The level 148 > 172 is probably his Agility level while the level 0 is his Magic level. Though some of those skills are readable like the first skill is I guess Strength? 

Bell's new skill: Realis Phrase

Realis Phrase is a skill that means "to grow quickly". Probably like x2 xp if it were a game? lol.

So in conclusion, this is like an RPG game except in a real life situation, without those fancy nerve gears or computers. As I said, this is just a first glance of the show and is not what it looks like. Based on the title, he is probably gonna date with girls while doing a dungeon (PH: No spoilers!). Hope you enjoy watching this with Kirito! lol

as what the title suggests, do you know these guys?

Kirito and Sora respectively.

       I don't want to repeat my first statement so let's go straight to the point. These guys are voiced from the same guy. That's right. His name is Matsuoka, Yoshitsugu. He is a great voice actor and knows his stuff. After the Winter 2015 List appeared, I wrote a list of what I would like to watch. And as I was watching the first batch of the list, his voice was heard. I was glorified lol. So it then continues with the other batches. There it goes again, his voice. One after another, his voice was always there. I was thinking, after Sword Art Online II finished airing, he became a lot busier than before. We could expect even more voice acting from him in the future. Would it be a heroic, dense, demonic or ecchi character. Who knows?
